KAEA Virtual Spring Professional Development Conference

 We are pleased to announce the 2nd annual KAEA Virtual Spring Professional Development Conference offered FREE as a benefit to our members. This will be a one-day event held Saturday, February 11th, 2023.

Announcing the 2022-2023 YAM Flag Winner!

We are pleased to announce that the winner of the 2022-23 Kansas Youth Art Month Flag Design contest is Alyssa Gallaway from Andover Middle School, student of Johnna Stoffregen!

Entries will be part of a digital exhibit at the Kansas Youth Art Month celebration. The grand prize-winning design will be made into a flag and will be flown at the NAEA Convention!

Harry Hart Entries Due SOON!

January 31st is the deadline for submissions for the Harry Hart Memorial Senior Scholarship!

The Harry Hart Memorial Scholarships are named in honor of long-time KAEA member Harry Hart who passed away in 2009.  The Kansas Art Education Association gives THREE $500.00 scholarships each year which are paid directly to the Institutes of Higher Learning chosen by the winning student.
