Harry Hart Memorial Senior Scholarship

The Harry Hart Memorial Scholarships are named in honor of long-time KAEA member Harry Hart who passed away in 2009.  The Kansas Art Education Association gives THREE $500.00 scholarships each year which are paid directly to the Institutes of Higher Learning chosen by the winning student.

Scholarships entries are to be received NO LATER THAN JANUARY 31ST.

The following three students were chosen as the KAEA 2023 Harry Hart Scholarship winners:
  • Jaucilyn Arredondo from Kiowa County High School- student of Lori Wade
  • Tyler Lemke from Washburn Rural High School- student of Theresa Shetler
  • Lee Wolgast from Washburn Rural High School- student of Brad LeDuc

Congratulations to the scholarship recipients! The winners’ work will be on display at the virtual Youth Art Month celebration.
