Blick YAM Art Competition

The BLICK Art Materials sponsored YAM Art Competition is open to all Active KAEA members.
The Art Competition is entered and judged DIGITALLY.

The winner of Best of Show for the 2023 Blick Youth Art Month Art Contest is Adyson Cashman, an 11th grade student of Margaret Ramberg at Seaman High School!

Recognitions:
  • 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 3 Honorable Mention recognitions will be given at the Elementary, Middle, and High School levels
  • KAEA will provide prizes to the students of the 2nd, 3rd, and Honorable Mention students.
  • Blick Art Materials, KAEA, and other sponsors generously provide prizes to award winners and their instructors.
  • KAEA and Blick will provide a prize package valued at $1000 to the “Best of Show” student!

There was so much excellent work submitted, and it was very hard to decide. In judging, we considered technical proficiency, ideas and concepts behind the works, principles of design, and the artist’s statements.
