KAEA Conference Grants


Did you know that KAEA offers grants to allow teachers and pre-service (student) art educators to attend our conferences? Grants for teachers are due September 1st and the deadline for students is September 19th.   • KAEA Fall Conference Teacher Grant Application
    • Deadline: September 1
    • Submit to conference chair, Kris Bohanan, cobalt-blu@sbcglobal.net
    • Google Doc Application (make a copy)
    • Microsoft Word Application
    • The Kansas Art Education Association is offering up to 5 Fall Conference Grants worth $200 each to KAEA members. The goal of the program is to provide opportunities for KAEA members to improve instruction or gain knowledge relating to visual arts education. Members cannot reapply for three years after receiving this award.
  • KAEA Pre-Service/Student Fall Conference Grant Application
    • Deadline: September 19
    • The Kansas Art Education Association is offering Student Fall Conference Grants covering the cost of registration to KAEA student members. The goal of the program is to provide opportunities for KAEA members to improve instruction or gain knowledge relating to visual arts education.

Member teacher grant applications are due by September 1st! Grants provide recipients with $200 to offset the cost of the conference.
Pre-Service/Student grant applications are due by September 19th. Grants provide recipients with the cost of registration. Recipients will receive a code to remove the cost of registration from their online registration form--the sooner you apply, the sooner you get the code!!
