Celebrate at the State Capitol Youth Art Exhibit!

Kansas Art Education Association
YAM Exhibit March 31, 2012

Every year March is set aside nationally to celebrate YOUTH ART. The Kansas Art Education Association coordinates a celebration at the state level, which features an art exhibit at the Capitol Building in Topeka and a reception for student artists, parents, and teachers. This year KAEA will be partnering with Sargent Art in sponsoring four different prize opportunities to help celebrate. Sargent will be providing student and teacher prizes in the form of art supplies for each of the following categories- Elementary, Middle and High School.  Sargent will also provide one overall state winner (student, parent and art teacher) with a grand prize of an Expenses paid trip to New York City to visit Art Museums.  This packet will provide all the information you need to make you and your school a part of the celebration of YOUTH ART in Kansas!
